Weldtool Alloy A (ENiCrFe-2) electrodes are designed for shielded-metal-arc welding (SMAW) of Incoloy alloys 800/800HT, Inconel 600/601, and nickel steels. This exceptionally versatile product provides high strength (89,000 psi) and oxidation resistance at high temperatures, while retaining impact resistance at cryogenic temperatures. It is the ideal choice for general maintenance welding of equipment exposed to strenuous service conditions. Suitable for joining combinations of stainless steels, carbon steels, Inconel, Incoloy, Monel, and copper-nickel alloys. Operates in all positions (DCRP).
